Chapter One: "A New Evil"
In a dark room in a castle in the Dark Realm, a man holding a silver staff sat contemplating a problem. For months-almost a year-he'd been trying to destroy the Sailor Scouts, but to no Avail. How could he once and for all destroy them?
Another person entered the room and gave him quite a start. This person was a well-developed woman whose tight black leather suit left very little to the imagination. Nestled in the center of her forehead was a ruby that was at least one half of a carat. An identical stone was embedded in a band that surrounded her neck. Similar bands with identical rubies surrounded her wrists and ankles. One more ruby was embedded in her exposed navel. She approached the man in the throne cautiously, hoping she would not upset him.
A deep voice bellowed, "Speak, woman."
"Dark Mage, sir. I have news of a possible solution to our 'problem.' "
"I see, Kala. What would this solution be?"
"Are you familiar with the Nether Realm?"
"Yes, Kala. I was born there three thousand years ago."
"Do you remember the former master of that world? I believe his name was Talpa."
"Yes, it was. I remember the idiot quite well."
"He once tried to invade a Mortal Realm. He failed, as did his daughter two months later. That was nearly five years ago. Both invasions were warded off by five Armored warriors known as the Ronin Warriors. These five warriors' Armors combined with the four Armors Talpa converted into Dark Warlord Armors made up his Armor of Dark Spirit. The five Ronins and one former Dark Warlord still live and still control their Armors."
"Yes, Kala. I am aware of all of this. What is your plan?"
"Perhaps we could take the Sailors to the Ronins' Realm and convince the Ronins that the Sailors are evil. Then the Ronins would call upon the Armor of Inferno to aid them in defeating the Scouts. Then the Sailors would be gone and the Ronin Armors would betray their owners. We could take over two Realms at once!"
"Good idea, but how do we get all five Scouts and Tuxedo Mask into the Ronins' Realm?"
"I will start a battle. You could then open a portal to the Ronins' Realm. I would then force all six into the portal, where I could convince the Ronins that the Scouts are evil. End of problem."
"Good plan, but will it work?"
"I hope so. Very few things could go wrong."
"Very well. Proceed, Kala."
Five young women and a man sat in a room in a temple. Four of these women sat in a circle around a table, eating some snacks. The fifth woman sat in a loveseat that was along a wall. The man sat there with her. She was leaning on him, her head resting at his left shoulder, his left arm laying against her left side. On the center of her chest, attached to her long, pink dress, was a pink locket with a gold inlaid border and a gold inlaid five-point star. In the center of that star was a gold inlaid circle, which held an imbedded gold crescent moon. Between the outer points of the star were four small circular gems. One was red, one blue, one green, and one orange. Her hair was blonde and pulled back into two long tails that fell from the back of the sides of her head. Where the hair fell from her head, the hair was pulled into two "meatballs," as her friends always called them.
One of the women, who had long, black hair, spoke up, saying, "Serena! How can you sleep in the middle of the day?!?"
"Shut up, Raye!"
"Both of you, calm down, please!" pleaded a third woman, who had blonde hair slightly longer than Raye's.
"Yeah. You two have done nothing but bitch and moan and whine at each other since we were in eighth grade! We're out of college, for God's sake! Grow up!" demanded another woman, a brunette whose hair was pulled back into a ponytail held by a band with two pink marbles on them. She also wore a pair of pink carnation earrings.
Raye stared down the blonde. "Mina, shut up! I'm sick and tired of you and Lita always keeping me from blasting Serena! She deserves it!"
The man finally spoke up. "Raye, how can you do that? She's a princess, for God's sake! You're sworn to defend her! How can you just turn your back on her and hit her?"
"She's a spoiled brat! Rini was right to have tried to steal the locket from Serena all those years ago! Al least that taught Serena a little bravery! Now she needs to learn responsibility!"
"I already know responsibility. You're just jealous! Let's go, Darrian. Maybe we can find civilized people to spend the day with."
The man stood up and they walked out of the room. Mina followed, saying, "I have things that need done at home. I'll see all of you later."
The last woman spoke up. "Lita, could you leave me and Raye alone?" The brunette left. "Raye, you have to learn that Serena is destined to be the Queen of Crystal Tokyo. There's nothing you can do about it. You are never going to be anything more that the Princess of Mars and one of the members of Serena's Court. Live with it!"
"You're only saying that because you know you're gonna end up being the Royal Doctor. You'll have more influence than any of us! Amy, you are the last person I'd ever expect to be a hypocrite!"
"That's not true. I'm happy to be just the Princess of Mercury, but I'm part of my best friend's Royal Court, too. That's just icing on the cake. I'm gonna try to catch up with Serena and Darrian. Later."
With that, Amy walked out of the room. She emerged from the temple to find Darrian and Serena still waiting outside Darrian's car.
"You're still here! I thought you'd have gone home by now."
"We were waiting on you, Amy. I was hoping you'd leave after we did."
"Oh, Serena, you know I couldn't leave without lecturing Raye on your destiny."
"Yeah. Get in."
All three got in the car and drove off.
Kala stood on the top of the largest building in Tokyo, waiting for the Scouts. When they arrived, an ecstatic Kala said to herself, "Now for the end of the Sailor Scouts!" She jumped off the building, landing lightly in front of the Scouts.
One of them looked identical to Serena. She started a lame routine. "I am Sailor Moon, Champion of Justice! And, on behalf of the Moon, I will punish you!"
The rest of them then recited their boring routines:
Raye--"I am Sailor Mars!"
Amy--"Sailor Mercury!"
Lita--"Sailor Jupiter!"
Mina--"Sailor Venus!"
All four-"We will punish you!"
Kala looked at them in boredom and said with forced sarcasm, "Ooh, I'm so scared!"
Amy led the Sailors in their attack. "Shine Aqua Illusion!"
"Venus Love Chain Encircle!"
"Jupiter Thunderclap Zap!"
"Mars Celestial Fire Surround!"
"Moon Scepter Activation!"
The five attacks hit a balck energy shield that reflected them back. All of the Scouts managed to move out of the way before they were hit. Realizing that Kala could not be defeated that easily, the Scouts decided to try the Sailor Planet Power. They arranged themselves in a circle and joined hands.
"Mercury Star Power!"
"Venus Star Power!"
"Mars Star Power!"
"Jupiter Star Power!"
"Moon Crystal Power!"
Then, all cried in unison, "Sailor Planet Power!"
As the energy moved toward Kala, a large vortex opened behind the Scouts. Kala shot an energy blast that was delfected by a rose. She threw more energy at the scouts, who fell into the vortex. Kala then jumped into Tuxedo Mask and pushed him into the vortex. She went with him.
Author's Notes
Well, I finally typed it up! It's been finished for two and a half weeks, but the handwritten version is slightly different. Due to the changes I made to this chapter, I have to completely rewrite the first 1/4 of the next chapter. Hint . . . Cye turns on the Ronins to act on a gut instinct (and, he's right!). Dragon Girl, don't kill me for turning him into a traitor--I think it's only temporary.
Okay, a preview of things yet to come in the distant future. I will write at least four lemons to go along with the completed version of this fic, whenever it gets finished. The first will involve Amy. You'll see who the other person will be next chapter. Anyway, After those, I will write a fic about a new generation of Ronins. The characters will be based on my closest friends, and I will be the one wearing the Armor of Cruelty.
Oh, yeah, I almost forgot! I know I strayed from the Ronins in this chapter, but this is a crossover, so chapters will be dedicated to the Ronins, and chapters will be dedicated to the Sailors. So, How did you like this chapter? I'm open to all questions, comments, and ideas! Let me know!
